The Snore Attack Shield improves CPAP and Oral Appliance Therapy by enhancing closed mouth posture, especially when used with mouth tape and nasal strips.

The Snore Attack Shield positions the tongue against the roof of the mouth. This alignment controls the soft palate and engages the dilator muscles of the throat, keeping the airway open.

Additionally, the Snore Attack Shield provides a ‘workout’ for the throat muscles, helping to correct years of ‘lazy’ tongue posture.

The Snore Attack Shield, when used with our other products, is suitable for treating:

  • Tongue base hypopnoea or apnoea.
  • Mouth breathers.
  • TMD patients for whom further advancement of their MAS is out of the question.

This product suite is not suitable for individuals with severe respiratory conditions, chronic nasal obstructions, or significant structural abnormalities of the airway. Really fast delivery and great products, excellent customer support with queries too, all perfect, thankyou snorologists! The MAS and the shield have worked wonders, reducing my snoring from Epic to much much lower

Great but could be impoved

I had to cut the tabs off as I am using it with a MAS, it would be good if there was a MAS version that better interfaced with the shield it tends to slip out and cant be held in location, worth a thought, perhaps outside tabs that are bigger and held in place with your lips?

Hi Mark, we understand your point. The shield can move a little when the tabs are cut. To avoid this, one can judiciously cut the tab to accomodate the 'buccal mechanism' that is in the way of the tab and leave enough to still use the tab. Having 'outside tabs' that stick through the lips, would cause dribble. Perhaps you could try our mouth tape on top of the lips, this help keep the lips still, and this stops excess moving of the shield from open lip posture. The low cost of the shield manes you can have more than one to have different options that you have customised.

I sleep better with this

The shield feels very comfy in my mouth. I wear it with CPAP, and I use the tape to help with full mouth closure because I also have a MAS splint in my mouth.
My sleep is great and I feel my tongue in thr roof of my mouth. My nasal breath8ng is easier with my CPAP too
