Snore Attack Nasal Cones

Maximise Airflow

Even if you feel you can breathe through your nose, nasal cones can enhance airflow by gently widening your nasal passages. This can reduce resistance and further decrease the chances of snoring, especially during sleep.

Adjust the Nasal Cones for Optimal Results

The design of the Nasal Cones allows for adjustment.

The fact that no one else talks about this design feature, is why nasal dilators get a “bad rap”.

You will have a comfortable time wearing our nasal cones when you follow our adjustment instructions below.

  • Step 1

Place the nasal cones into the nose as far as they will
    comfortably go.

  • Step 2

Using a small pair of scissors, trim the nasal cones by as much of the length that was hanging out of the nose.

  • Step 3

Use the scissors to tidy up any sharp bits from Step 2 so that the nasal cones are smooth on the top.

  • Step 4

Repeat Steps 2 and 3 until the nasal cones are correct in the nose and comfortable.

  • Step 5

Each nostril will have a slight variation.

It is best to cut the tag connecting the nasal cones in half, so you can trim the left and right sides independantly, to find the optimal length for each nostril.

Frequently Asked Questions

I feel like I can breath through my nose - why should I use nasal cones?

Even if you feel you can breathe through your nose, nasal cones can enhance airflow by gently widening your nasal passages. This can reduce resistance and further decrease the chances of snoring, especially during sleep.

The important take way here is that unless your nares (nostril openings) are big enough for the amount of air your lungs suck through your windpipe, snoring is going to be a forgone conclusion - even with mouth tape. ENT surgeons will often overlook the soft nasal part at the front of your face. The nares are part of that soft nasal part.

Are all nasal cones the same?

No, not all nasal cones are the same.

Our nasal dilators are designed with a comfortable fit and effective design to maximize airflow while minimizing discomfort, ensuring they stay in place throughout the night.

Snore Attack Shield

Why is the Snore Attack Shield so important?

The Snore Attack Shield positions your tongue to sit up against the roof of your mouth. This controls your soft palate and engages the dilator muscles of your throat, keeping your airway open and preventing that snoring sound.

Additionally, the Snore Attack Shield provides a ‘workout’ for your throat muscles, helping to correct years of ‘lazy’ tongue posture.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the Snore Attack Shield do?

The Snore Attack Shield is designed to promote proper tongue posture during sleep. By keeping the tongue in an upward and forward position, it helps prevent airway obstruction, reducing the likelihood of snoring. The soft palate is waiting to cuddle up behind your tongue, so put it to bed when you go to bed.

Snore Attack Mouth Tape

Why should I use Snore Attack Mouth Tape?

Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I tape my mouth?

Some people just do not have the right shaped face to keep their lip together at night. Mouth taping encourages nasal breathing, which can help reduce snoring by preventing the airway from becoming obstructed. It promotes proper breathing techniques and supports the effectiveness of the other components in the Snore Attack Triple Threat box.

Other stores tell me just using mouth tape will fix my snoring - why should I bother using anything else?

The tongue needs to have a place to feel secure in the mouth. Some people forget where that place is. Without an upward and forward tongue posture, your snoring will continue, even with your mouth taped. We know this and that is why we put this scientific approach together.

While mouth tape can be effective for some, snoring can have multiple causes.

Our Snore Attack Triple Threat approach addresses different aspects of snoring by combining nasal dilation, tongue posture, and mouth tape, providing a more comprehensive solution for better results.

Is all mouth tape the same?

No, not all mouth tape is created equal.

Snore Attack Mouth Tape is specifically designed for comfort and breathability while ensuring a secure hold throughout the night. It’s also formulated to be gentle on the skin to prevent irritation.

Our tape has been made so that it will not stretch to allow your mouth to fall open, but it will stretch to allow for comfortable facial movement during sleep. This means a comfortable wearing experience.
